DRAW online mediation project extended for 2022!

The DRAW mediation project was set up in 2020, to help people living or working in London resolve workplace problems through online mediation, stay in their jobs and avoid employment tribunals.

Originally due to end in March 2022, we are pleased to announce that the project will continue until at least the end of 2022.

What is on offer?

Where an employer and employee (or two or more employees) agree to try mediation, a qualified mediator will host an online mediation.

The mediator will move between the parties communicating their concerns and feelings about the problem they are trying to solve and facilitating an agreement between them. Most successful mediations last less than one working day.

DRAW offers the first 6 hours of the service completely free of charge.

                                                                         Who is it for?

We welcome enquiries from:

  • Employees and workers living or working in London on lower incomes (£30,000 and below)
  • London based charities and small businesses employing people on lower incomes
  • Advisers to employees/workers or employers who fall into the above categories

What if it doesn’t work?

If an online mediation is unsuccessful, the parties still have all other options open to them, including grievance processes and employment tribunal claims. There is nothing to lose from trying mediation, and much potentially to gain.

How do I find out more?

Contact  DRAW now to learn about the benefits of mediation, how it it works and to  access up to 6 free hours of conflict resolution.
